How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, open the piece you like, choose your options, and tap “Shop Now on WhatsApp”. Your selection arrives as a ready-to-send message — we reply with a quote and timeline.
Is there an online checkout or payment?
No. Every order is confirmed over WhatsApp so we can agree on size, finish, customization and delivery first. Payment is arranged directly once your order is finalised.
Can I customize a piece?
Yes. Most pieces are made to order. Use “Get Customized” on any product to request a different size, your own text or artwork, or a one-off commission.
What sizes and finishes are available for wall art?
Standard sizes are A4, A3 and A2, with custom sizes on request. Choose a matte or glossy finish, and either a framed print or a photo tile.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes — we deliver nationwide. Share your city on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm timing and any delivery details for your order.
How do digital designs work?
Designs (logos, flyers, certificates and more) are delivered as digital files — no printing or shipping. Pick a ready design or request a fully custom one, and we send the finished files over WhatsApp.
How long does an order take?
Prints are usually ready within a few days; awards, signage and custom work depend on the piece. We confirm a timeline with your quote before anything is produced.
